Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Government of India undertaking under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, is recruiting 60 personnel across 14 posts for its ongoing telecom infrastructure project in Kuwait. The posts include Senior Telecom Engineer, Telecom Engineer, Civil Engineer, Civil Supervisor, Auto Cad Operator, Data Entry Operator, Electrician, Telecom Technician/Cable Jointer, LAN/Telecom Technician, PAGA Technician, PAGA Engineer, Mason, Carpenter, and Labour. This is a 3-year overseas contract with free accommodation, transport, medical insurance, and other facilities provided by TCIL Kuwait. Only male Indian nationals with relevant telecom/civil experience, preferably in Kuwait, are eligible to apply.

Who Can Apply?

For Engineering Graduate Posts (B.Tech/Degree):

• You need a B.Tech / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Civil Engineering
• Experience required ranges from 5 to 10 years in relevant telecom or civil works, preferably in Kuwait

For Diploma/ITI Technical Posts:

• You need an ITI or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Civil), or a diploma/certificate in computer operation for the Data Entry Operator post
• Experience required ranges from 3 to 5 years in the relevant technical field, preferably in Kuwait

For Skilled Labour Posts (Mason, Carpenter, Labour):

• You need to be at least Class 10th Pass
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecom civil works or construction is preferred

Common Requirements for All Posts:

• Gender: Only Male candidates can apply
• Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible
• You must be fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is preferable for most posts
• You must have a valid passport and be ready to travel to Kuwait after visa formalities

Age Limit

• The maximum age is 40 or 45 years as on 01 January 2026, depending on the post (see the vacancy table above for post-wise age limits).

Salary

• Consolidated monthly pay ranges from KD 90 to KD 500 (about Rs. 27,900 to Rs. 1,55,000, at KD 1 = Rs. 310) depending on the post.
• You will also get free accommodation on a sharing basis in the TCIL camp (including one-time furnishing).
• Free transport from the TCIL camp to the worksite and back.
• Subsidized mess on a contribution basis and free medical insurance as per Kuwait norms.
• Free OPD medical expenses at government hospitals/clinics, 30 days of paid annual leave, and overtime allowance for extra work.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: TCIL will screen applications based on qualification, age, and experience.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from India will be interviewed online via WhatsApp or video call. No agents are involved in this process, and no payment should be made to anyone during selection.
3. Document Verification & Visa Formalities: Selected candidates must obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and GAMCA medical clearance, and get their certificates attested by the Ministry of External Affairs and the Kuwait Embassy.

Selected candidates must pay a refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 30,000, refundable at final settlement. TCIL Kuwait will arrange the work visa and air tickets for the first travel from India to Kuwait, and for the return journey after 3 years.
