Who Can Apply?

Route 1 - Bachelor's Degree Holders:

• You need 10+2 in Science stream from a government-recognised board or university.
• You also need a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) of at least 3 years' duration from a government-recognised institute or medical college.

Route 2 - Diploma Holders:

• You need 10+2 in Science stream from a government-recognised board or university.
• You also need a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) of at least 2 years' duration from a government-recognised institute or medical college.
• You must have at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience relevant to the role.

Only candidates domiciled in Assam or Arunachal Pradesh are eligible to apply for this engagement. Only your Class 10 Admit Card, Pass Certificate, or Marksheet from a recognised board will be accepted as proof of date of birth — no other document will be considered.

Age Limit

• You should be at least 18 years old as on the date of registration.
• General category: maximum age is 40 years.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): maximum age is 43 years.

Salary

• You will get a Fixed Emolument of Rs. 21,450 per month.
• On top of that, you will get a Variable Emolument of Rs. 825 per working day, calculated on attendance including paid leave and holidays, if any.
• If you go on maternity leave during the contract period, only the fixed component will be paid for that duration.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is entirely through a walk-in personal assessment:

1. Registration: Report to the venue and complete registration between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM on 31 July 2026. Your documents will be checked against the originals at this stage.
2. Walk-in Personal Assessment: You will be assessed for 100 marks on your professional knowledge and skills in Medical Laboratory Technology and allied disciplines, along with your personal attributes and soft skills. The qualifying mark is 50 out of 100 for every category.
3. Merit List: Final selection is based purely on the marks you score in the personal assessment, among candidates who clear the qualifying mark.

If the number of candidates registering on 31 July 2026 exceeds the venue's capacity, the assessment for remaining candidates will be carried forward to the next day(s). Only candidates who meet the notified eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear.
