NU JRF or Project Associate Botany Recruitment 2026: Overview
Nagaland University (NU) is recruiting for a project appointment in its Department of Botany at Lumami. The work is linked to the DBT-NER Advanced-Level Institutional Biotech Hub at Nagaland University, Lumami, supported by the Department of Biotechnology under the Ministry of Science and Technology. The notice provides for appointment as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) or Project Associate-I within the same project opening.

First-class M.Sc./M.Tech. in Botany, Life Sciences or Biotechnology from a UGC-recognised university. Applicants without NET/GATE are considered for Project Associate-I.
वांछित योग्यता
NET/GATE qualification or a qualifying national-level examination under the cited DST memorandum. Research experience in Plant Molecular Biology, Plant Molecular Genetics, Plant Biochemistry or Microbiology is desirable.
