NU JRF Food Engineering Recruitment 2026: Overview
Nagaland University (NU) is recruiting a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a project at its School of Agricultural Sciences, Medziphema campus. The project focuses on designing and developing a smart fermentation cabinet for bamboo shoot, with the aim of preserving traditional food practices in Nagaland. It receives support through the Advanced Research Grant (ARG) programme of the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Government of India.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Project setting: Your appointment belongs to the named bamboo-shoot fermentation project at the School of Agricultural Sciences. The notice describes a specific research engagement connected to that project.
- Contractual appointment: The university describes the engagement as temporary and contractual. The initial appointment is for one year, with renewal each year depending on satisfactory performance and the continuation of the project.
