NIT Andhra Pradesh Project Associate-I Recruitment 2026: Overview

National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh (NIT Andhra Pradesh) has one research opening in its Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Tadepalligudem campus in West Godavari district. The post sits under a sponsored project called Deep Learning enabled Autonomous Drone based Crop Monitoring, funded by the NMICPS TiHAN Foundation — the Technology Innovation Hub on Autonomous Navigation hosted at IIT Hyderabad.

• Preferred background: Prior work in computer science, drones, agriculture monitoring or electronics, with hands-on knowledge of drone programming and operation, control algorithms, machine learning and hardware implementation.
• Accommodation: The selected candidate can get on-campus hostel and mess facilities, subject to availability. HRA is paid as per institute norms.
• Interview mode: Shortlisted candidates face an interview that may be online or offline. For an online interview you need a stable internet connection.
• Travel costs: No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
• Shortlist announcement: The list of eligible candidates will be posted on the NIT Andhra Pradesh website and also shared by email or phone.
