National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is recruiting an Assistant Manager Civil through immediate absorption for the Namo Bharat programme under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The organisation is a joint venture of the Government of India and the participating governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. This route is meant for experienced professionals already in employment who can move into NCRTC's regular executive structure rather than join on a fixed project contract.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Immediate absorption: You must be working on the eligibility reference date and meet NCRTC's prescribed current pay-scale history. This is not an entry-level recruitment route.
• Posting and assignments: NCRTC may place you at any office, workplace or project unit, including a subsidiary or joint venture, and may assign shift duties according to business needs.
• Experience calculation: When government and private-sector service are combined, government service receives full weight and private-sector service receives partial weight for eligibility.
• Probation: After joining, you will complete probation under the applicable company policy.
• Service commitment: The selected person must execute the prescribed service bond and remain with the Corporation for the minimum service period.
• Medical position: The notice exempts the appointee from a pre-appointment medical check, but you must still be physically and medically fit for the work.
