NABFINS Limited is hiring Customer Service Executives (CSE) to work with its individual business-loan and affordable housing-loan customers in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. This is a customer-facing lending role that connects field activity with branch-level credit work, so you will spend time with borrowers as well as coordinate with the internal credit team. The role covers the complete customer journey, from finding a suitable borrower to helping with service after a loan has been released. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Field travel: You must be willing to travel locally for customer meetings, checks and other field visits connected with the assigned portfolio.
• Local communication: knowledge of the local language is mandatory, as much of the work involves direct conversations with customers in the assigned area.
• Document handling: the role involves collecting customer KYC and income records and passing accurate information to the branch and credit teams.
• Portfolio support: you will help with collection follow-up and portfolio-quality work in addition to sourcing new business.
• Compliance: every customer case must follow company policy and regulatory guidelines; speed cannot come at the cost of complete records or correct checks.
• Coordination: the executive supports the Branch Head during credit appraisal and disbursement while staying in touch with the Credit Team.
