Who Can Apply?

• Departmental eligibility: You must be holding a post in LDC grade.
• Service requirement: You need 7 years of regular service in LDC grade after regular appointment.
• Special note: For LDC grade staff who were already holding regular posts on the date of the relevant rules, the qualifying service continues to be 5 years.
• Registration: If you have not registered in the one-time registration portal, complete it before 4:00 PM on 12 June 2026.

Salary

• Pay level: Level 6 in the Pay Matrix.
• Indicative pay range: Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month where Level 6 pay matrix is applied.
• You will also get allowances as per Mizoram Government rules.

Application Fee

• PwD candidates: Exempted from payment of application fees.
• Fee payment, where applicable, must be done through the MPSC online portal.
• If you pay through UPI, use only the mobile number used for one-time registration.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Selection Process

The selection is through the Limited Departmental Examination conducted by MPSC.

1. Online Application Scrutiny: MPSC checks whether you meet the departmental service condition.
2. Limited Departmental Examination: You need to appear for the UDC LDE. The syllabus is available on the MPSC website and the short link given in the notification.
3. Document Verification: Service records and eligibility documents are checked before final selection.
