ILBS Project Officer Recruitment 2026: Overview
Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS), an autonomous institute under the Government of NCT of Delhi, is hiring a Project Officer at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The engagement belongs to Find Time for Your Liver – Screen and Secure your Health, a project connected with the Department of Clinical Research and Epidemiology. Your appointment will be tied to this project and its funding.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Project tenure: The engagement runs up to 31 January 2027, subject to performance and available funds. It can end earlier if those conditions are not met.
- Probation: The notice sets a one-month probation period. Keep this initial period in mind when considering the short project appointment.
- Extension: An appointment may continue until the project finishes, depending on performance and funding. The notice does not promise employment beyond the project.
- Travel costs: ILBS will not pay travel or daily allowances for attending the interview. You need to arrange your visit on that basis.
- Cancellation: The institute may cancel the post without giving a reason.
- Application declaration: You are responsible for the information you provide. Incorrect statements or a later finding that you do not meet the conditions can lead to cancellation, including after joining.

The walk-in venue is MPH Phase-1, Upper Basement, ILBS, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Form submission runs from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and interviews start at 11:00 AM; plan your arrival around the earlier submission window.

- Support programme activities and follow project guidelines.
- Coordinate with state National Health Mission directorates, noncommunicable disease cells and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare officials.
- Keep project partners, stakeholders and team members in contact.
- Prepare educational material and public-health outreach content.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports and project deliverables.
- Manage project social media and outreach activities.
पात्रता मानदंड
न्यूनतम योग्यता
Masters degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Data Analytics, Computer Applications or related fields.
वांछित योग्यता
One year of post-PG experience in health or related fields; experience in community-based research, data analysis and report writing.
