Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: The initial engagement is for one year and may be extended after a performance review. Completing the contract does not create a right to extension, regularisation or permanent employment at IITM.
• Work setting: The assignment is linked to the Cybersecurity Centre of Experience at MCTE Mhow, with responsibility for secure and deployable solutions in defence and mission-critical environments.
• Experience counting: IITM will count relevant professional experience gained after the minimum qualifying degree. The institute may relax minimum requirements for an exceptionally strong profile.
• Shortlisting: IITM may limit the pool using qualifications, relevance and level of experience, and academic achievements above the stated minimum. Meeting the minimum conditions does not guarantee a call.
