Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati (IIT Tirupati) is recruiting a Research Associate for a time-bound National Quantum Mission project in its Department of Physics. The Department of Science and Technology supports the work under the project Towards Quantum Advantage: Design and Development of Algorithms, Codes and Protocols. The researcher will test whether the generated states behave like suitable quantum designs, examine their spectral and entanglement properties, and help take validated methods towards implementation on quantum hardware.

IIT Tirupati will work with Prof. Arul Lakshminarayan of IIT Madras, and the appointee may get opportunities to work with partner teams at IIT Madras, IIIT Hyderabad and IIT Ropar. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial tenure: The appointment begins for one year and may be extended in line with the project period and satisfactory work.
