Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is recruiting a Resident Wellness Officer for its Emotional Wellness Services (EWS). Service Conditions and Caveats

• Assess and manage mental, emotional and behavioural concerns.
• Provide individual counselling to students, faculty and staff.
• Plan wellness activities, stress-reduction sessions and mental health awareness campaigns.
• Train faculty and department leads to recognise distress.
• Lead crisis response with the campus doctor, hospitals and other health professionals.
• Provide de-addiction counselling for substance-use concerns.
• Build referral arrangements for specialist care and longer-term psychiatric support.
