You will be expected to work with control systems, professional audio equipment, digital signal processors and IP-based AV systems, and to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff and visiting faculty. Strong communication counts as much as technical depth here, since the role involves constant client interaction and stakeholder management across departments.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Engagement type: You will be deputed to IIM Indore through a manpower agency on a fixed-term contract — this is not a direct institute appointment, so pay and benefits follow the agency's terms rather than the institute's regular staff rules.
• Pay review: The consolidated monthly package is reviewed every year based on satisfactory performance; the institute notes that salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
• Reporting line: You will report directly to the Chief Officer Engineering (COE) and are expected to coordinate closely with the wider engineering and facilities team.
