Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA), India's premier flying training institute under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has released a notice for 3 Assistant Aerodrome Officer posts at its Fursatganj Airfield campus in Amethi. Besides pilot training, IGRUA also runs Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Drone, and English Language Proficiency training programmes, giving you exposure to a wider aviation ecosystem. This is a contractual role for 11 months, extendable based on requirement. Quarters and accommodation are provided subject to availability — a rare perk for a government contract job. Who Can Apply?

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01 July 2026.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get Rs. 40,000 per month as remuneration.
• You will also get a Transport Allowance of Rs. 1,800 per month and an Aviation Allowance of Rs. 300 per month, taking your total monthly pay to around Rs. 42,100.
• Quarters/accommodation will be provided, subject to availability.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in these stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the qualification and experience mentioned in your application. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test/interview.
2. Written Test / Interview: Online interviews may be conducted, as required, and the link will be shared on your email a day before.
3. Document Verification: Your certificates and experience proof will be checked.
4. Medical Fitness Check
