GGSIPU Research Intern Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

GGSIPU's University School of Architecture & Planning has released an advertisement to fill 1 Intern position for the research project "Real time risk assessment dashboard using artificial neural networks in small scale informal industries (SSII): Case of Urban Villages Delhi", funded under the Scheme for Translational and Interdisciplinary Research (STEER) 2026-27. The project is led by Dr. Bipasha Kumar as Principal Investigator. Postgraduate students can also apply alongside fresh graduates, making this a good opportunity for anyone interested in urban planning research combined with artificial neural networks (ANN).

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Planning, Architecture, Technology, or an equivalent degree in a relevant branch from a recognised University/Institute. Post Graduate students can also apply.
• Desirable: Master's degree in Planning, Architecture, Technology, or an equivalent degree in a relevant branch
• Desirable: Understanding of Artificial Neural Networks (ANN)

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs. 25,000 per month.
• This stipend is purely temporary and is on a year-to-year basis, co-terminus with the project/scheme. Selection for the internship does not confer any right to a regular appointment in the University.

Selection Process

The selection is done in 2 stages with no written exam:

1. Google Form Submission: Fill in the online Google Form before the deadline.
2. Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates need to attend a walk-in interview and bring original certificates/supporting documents along with photocopies. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
