DFCCIL Instructor Recruitment 2026: Overview

Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) is forming a panel of retired personnel for Instructor engagements at its training facilities in Jaipur and Noida. The drive covers Civil, Electrical and Signal and Telecommunication streams through re-employment. Your placement on the panel is followed by deployment according to the company’s needs.

Posts and Disciplines

• Civil: The Instructor engagement is for the training institute at Dher ka Balaji, Jaipur.
• Electrical: This stream is for HHI at Noida.
• Signal and Telecommunication: The signalling-stream engagement is for Dher ka Balaji, Jaipur.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Panel-based deployment: DFCCIL will use the panel as staffing needs arise. Selection to the panel and actual deployment are separate parts of this arrangement.
• Initial tenure: Re-employment begins for one year. An extension depends on the organisation’s requirements, your performance and DFCCIL’s decision.
• Early termination: Either side can end the engagement early by giving one month’s notice.
• No regularisation: This re-employment does not create a right to a regular appointment in DFCCIL.
• Leave: You receive two days of leave for each completed contract month. This leave has no separate casual-leave or earned-leave category, and unused leave cannot carry into the next calendar year.
• Previous DFCCIL engagement: Former personnel whose DFCCIL service was terminated, or whose re-employment extension was refused, will not be considered for interview.
• Vigilance restrictions: The notice excludes people on current Agreed or Secret lists, those involved in current Vigilance or CBI cases, and those facing disciplinary or prosecution proceedings.
• Service-record restrictions: Exclusions also cover a major penalty, at least two minor penalties, at least three administrative actions, or one minor penalty together with two administrative actions arising from Vigilance or CBI action. The notice also excludes retired officers with a minor penalty or administrative action arising from such action in their last five years of service.
• Travel: DFCCIL will not pay interview travel, daily allowance or journey costs. You need to arrange your own travel and stay.
• Disputes: Courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction over disputes connected with this re-employment notice.
• Accuracy of information: Deliberately hiding a material fact can lead to rejection. Check your service particulars carefully before presenting your application.

The walk-in venue for the streams is DFCCIL Corporate Office Complex, near Sector 146 Metro Station, Sector 145, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306. Report between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon on the notified interview day.
