Bank of Baroda (BOB), through its sponsored Baroda Swarojgar Vikas Sansthan (BSVS) in Tonk, is hiring an Attender to support the institute's everyday work. This is a contractual role based at the rural self-employment training institute in Rajasthan, where the staff help local learners take part in training programmes. The work suits someone comfortable with practical office support, upkeep and local errands, rather than a desk-only role.

The Attender works closely with the Director, faculty and office staff so classes, dormitory areas and visitor spaces remain ready for use. Your day can move between arranging rooms, keeping records in order and visiting a bank branch for institute work. Local familiarity is useful because the role involves regular coordination around the Tonk centre and communication with people who visit it.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: The initial engagement runs for three years and is reviewed every year. Renewal depends on satisfactory work and the institute's decision.
• Temporary status: The appointment does not give you a right to a regular Bank of Baroda or BSVS post, or an automatic right to continued engagement.
• Performance review: Annual increments and continuation are linked to the institute's review of your service. The contract may continue through later renewal periods up to the retirement ceiling or the project period, whichever comes first.
• Leave: The notice provides casual, privilege and sick leave, with maternity and paternity leave governed by the stated rules.
• Medical fitness: Before joining, the selected person must provide a fitness report signed by a district-level medical officer.
• Notice period: Either side may end the contract with one month's notice or salary in place of notice, subject to the terms in the offer letter.
• Accuracy of information: False, incomplete or hidden information can lead to cancellation during recruitment or termination after joining.
