BEL Senior Deputy General Manager Recruitment 2026: Overview
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting Senior Deputy General Managers for National Marketing in Delhi and Water Front Support at Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai and Karwar. National Marketing: Air Force

National Marketing: Navy
You will connect BEL's teams with Naval headquarters and related defence organisations. The role combines technical coordination with product promotion, customer support and business development, including presentations, exhibitions and discussions about the Navy's equipment needs.
Water Front Support
You will coordinate support for BEL equipment on naval platforms with the Navy and BEL units. The work includes warranty and maintenance activities, technical and logistical support for equipment trials, receipt inspections and equipment health checks. You will also help coordinate ship-support activities with the responsible business units.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Appointment route: Serving officers can join through immediate absorption and retired officers through re-employment, under the terms of this permanent recruitment.
- Provisional consideration: An interview call does not by itself confirm acceptance of your application. BEL can reject candidature if later checks show that the information supplied is incorrect.
- Changes to the recruitment: BEL may revise the requirements, locations or scope of the drive to match its needs at the time of selection.
- Travel reimbursement: Outstation interview candidates can claim eligible return rail travel by the shortest route, up to AC two-tier fare. The claim is limited to the lower applicable journey cost under the notice and needs travel evidence.
