BBMB ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 — 45 Vacancies

BBMB is hiring 45 ITI Apprentices for one-year apprenticeship training at Dehar Power House Circle (Slapper). If you have passed 10th class with at least 40% marks and hold a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the relevant trade, you can apply online. The last date to apply is 04 June 2026. Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 — 45 Posts

Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) has released an advertisement to engage 45 ITI Trade Apprentices for the year 2026-27 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The apprenticeship is for one year at the Dehar Power House Circle, BBMB Slapper, located in Mandi and Bilaspur districts of Himachal Pradesh. 25% of the seats in each trade are reserved for candidates with HP/Project area domicile. ITI pass-outs in Electrician, Programming and System Administration Assistant (PASAA), Draughtsman Civil, Fitter, Welder, and Plumber trades can apply through the NAPS portal.

• Electrician: 23 posts
• Programming and System Administration Assistant (PASAA): 10 posts
• Fitter: 5 posts
• Plumber: 3 posts
• Draughtsman (Civil): 2 posts
• Welder: 2 posts

Total: 45 posts. Reservation is as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and its amendments.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) with minimum 40% marks from a recognised Board
• Trade Certificate: You must hold a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade, issued by NCVT or SCVT
• ITI Course: You must have completed the relevant ITI course
• Aadhaar: Aadhaar Card is compulsory for online registration on NAPS
• Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 are not eligible.
• Candidates whose results are awaited on the last date of application will not be considered.

Age Limit

• Age is as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and its amendments from time to time

Stipend

• You will get a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and BBMB norms during the one-year training period

Application Fee

• No application fee is mentioned in the notification

Selection Process (No Written Exam, No Interview)

There will be no written exam and no interview. Eligible candidates will be selected from the NAPS/NATS apprenticeship portal database based on merit. The merit list is prepared as follows:

1. Marks in 10th Class (Matriculation): 30% weightage
2. Marks in ITI in the concerned trade: 70% weightage
3. Total Marks: 100
4. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of 10th marksheet, ITI certificate and marksheets, category certificate, domicile, and Aadhaar

Preference in Selection:

• 25% of seats in each trade are reserved for candidates with residency certificate of Mandi and Bilaspur (HP) — the districts where Dehar Power House BBMB Slapper is located
• If reserved seats remain unfilled, they go to candidates with Himachal Pradesh state domicile
• Any remaining seats are filled through open merit
• If two candidates score the same marks, the older candidate gets preference
• If dates of birth are also same, the candidate who passed matriculation earlier is preferred

3. Fill in your personal details, 10th marks, and ITI marks

5. Upload your 10th marksheet, ITI certificate, category certificate, and domicile certificate (if applicable)
6. Submit your application before 04 June 2026

No other mode of application will be accepted.
