  • Second Class Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) with PhD, OR
  • For Engineering / IT / CS — First Class 4-year Graduate Degree

Project Technical Staff III — 1 Post (Rs. 28,000 + HRA)

  • Three-year graduate degree in relevant subject/field + 3 years' experience, or PG in relevant subject/field, OR
  • For Engineering / IT / CS — First Class 4-year Graduate Degree + 3 years' experience

Age Limit

  • Project Research Scientist II (Medical): Up to 40 years
  • Project Research Scientist I (Non-Medical): Up to 35 years
  • Project Technical Staff III: Up to 35 years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per ICMR/Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

Salary

  • Project Research Scientist II (Medical): Rs. 80,000 per month + HRA as admissible
  • Project Research Scientist I (Non-Medical): Rs. 56,000 per month + HRA as admissible
  • Project Technical Staff III: Rs. 28,000 per month + HRA as admissible

Selection Process

Selection is through interview only:

  1. Application Screening: Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
  2. Interview at AIIMS New Delhi, Department of Ophthalmology.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the selection committee is final.

  • Support the ICMR-funded research project on complete human eyeball transplant at AIIMS Delhi
  • Conduct clinical and pre-clinical evaluations as per the project protocol (Medical Scientist)
  • Run laboratory experiments and data analysis for vision restoration research (Non-Medical Scientist)
  • Operate technical equipment, manage samples and assist scientists with experiments (Technical Staff)
  • Maintain detailed research records, lab notebooks and project documentation
  • Assist in preparing manuscripts, conference papers and project progress reports
  • Coordinate with the multidisciplinary research team across Ophthalmology and allied departments
  • Comply with ICMR ethical guidelines and AIIMS research protocols

पात्रता मानदंड

MBBS/BVSc/BDS with experience or PG (for PRS II); First Class PG or 4-year Engineering Graduate (for PRS I); 3-year graduate with experience or PG or Engineering graduate with experience (for PTS III)
