All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bibinagar, Hyderabad has released a notification (Advt. No. AIIMS/BBN/RECT/DEPUTATION/2026/1393) to fill 16 Non-Faculty posts on deputation basis, spanning administration, finance, engineering, nursing, laboratory and clerical roles. Only officers already working in Central/State Government, UT, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, PSUs, R&D Organizations, Police or Armed Forces are eligible — this is not a direct recruitment drive for freshers. Who Can Apply?

Medical Superintendent (1 post, Level 14):

• MD/MS or an equivalent postgraduate medical qualification, or MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration)
• 10 years' experience in hospital administration after your PG degree, preferably in a hospital with 300 beds

Financial Advisor (1 post, Level 13):

• You must hold an analogous post, or have 5 years' regular service in Organized Accounts Service (Grade Pay Rs. 7,600), or be a Deputy Secretary-level officer with 3 years' finance and accounts experience

Superintending Engineer (1 post, Level 13):

• You must hold an analogous post, or be an Executive Engineer with 5 years' service (Grade Pay Rs. 7,600) or 10 years' service (Grade Pay Rs. 6,600)

Nursing Superintendent (2 posts, Level 11):

• You must hold an analogous post, or be a Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years' regular service (Grade Pay Rs. 5,400)

Assistant Accounts Officer (2 posts, Level 7):

• You must hold an analogous post, or be a Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years' regular service (Grade Pay Rs. 4,200)

Personal Assistant (1 post, Level 6):

• You must hold an analogous post, or have 10 years' regular service (Grade Pay Rs. 2,400)

Technicians - Laboratory (5 posts, Level 6):

• You must hold an analogous post, or have 10 years' service (Grade Pay Rs. 2,400) plus a B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology with 5 years' experience, or a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology with 8 years' experience

Upper Division Clerk (3 posts, Level 4):

• You must hold an analogous post, or have 8 years' service (Grade Pay Rs. 1,900) plus a Bachelor's degree, computer proficiency and a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi

Age Limit

• Maximum age for all posts (except Medical Superintendent) is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• For Medical Superintendent, the maximum age is 58 years as on the closing date.

Salary

• Pay ranges from Rs. 25,500 (Level 4) for Upper Division Clerk to Rs. 2,18,200 (Level 14) plus NPA for Medical Superintendent, depending on the post you are selected for.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per central government rules.

Selection Process

Selection for these deputation posts is done in the following stages:

1. Screening of Applications: Your qualifications and experience are checked against the essential criteria for each post.
2. Selection Committee Review: Your Curriculum Vitae, service record and Confidential Reports are assessed by the Selection Committee.

Your deputation tenure will be governed by the standard terms and conditions issued by the Department of Personnel & Training (O.M. No. 2/6/2018-Estt.(Pay-II) dated 18 May 2018), as amended from time to time.
