THSTI Multi Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is recruiting project staff for clinical data management, tuberculosis research, medical imaging and vaccine development in Faridabad. The institute belongs to the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology. These short-term project appointments connect data work and laboratory research with studies aimed at improving human health.

Posts and Disciplines

• Assistant Data Manager: Support Dr. Nitya Wadhwa's clinical trial studying whether losartan can slow disease progression in people with rheumatic heart disease.
• Project Research Scientist-II: Join Dr. Nisheeth Agarwal's BRAIN-TB project, which studies bacterial regulators involved in tuberculosis infection of the central nervous system through targeted deletion and CRISPRi approaches.

Post-wise Duties

Assistant Data Manager

You will help keep clinical study databases and electronic Case Report Forms accurate and usable. Your work includes checking data, resolving queries with the study team, supporting database testing and keeping study records ready for review.

Project Research Scientist-II

Your work centres on tuberculosis and host-pathogen research. The role brings together protein experiments, gene expression studies, mycobacterial culture, animal infection work and immunological analysis within the project's laboratory setting.

Project Research Scientist-I

You will develop artificial intelligence models using medical images and videos. This involves preparing datasets, writing and testing analysis programs, and comparing modelling strategies set out in the project's analysis plan.

Project Assistant

You will support virus experiments in biosafety laboratories for the vaccine project. The work includes laboratory assays and molecular biology experiments, helping the team carry out its planned vaccine research.

Project Technician

You will handle in vitro virus work and pseudovirus generation within the vaccine project. Your laboratory contribution also includes molecular biology work and related experimental support.
