BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) Quality Manager and Senior Project Associate Recruitment 2026 - 2 Posts

THSTI is an institute under the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council, Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, and forms part of the interdisciplinary NCR Biotech Science Cluster at Faridabad. The institute's mission is to carry out translational health research and turn scientific discoveries into real-world products that improve public health. Through Recruitment Notice No. THS-C/RN/15/2026 dated 13 August 2026, THSTI is filling project positions at its Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA) — a specialised centre that provides end-to-end support for clinical trials and works to make quality healthcare product development more affordable in India. The Quality Manager post is linked to a project on improving maternal and neonatal outcomes using imaging data science, while the Senior Project Associate post supports the INDIGO project, which is developing an effective and affordable flu vaccine for the world. Both posts are filled purely through a walk-in interview, so there is no written test to prepare for.

Who Can Apply?

For Quality Manager (Rs. 56,000/month + HRA):

• Qualification: A Postgraduate degree, including integrated PG degrees, from a recognized university
• Desirable: A valid GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certificate
• Experience: Two years of work experience as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Research Coordinator, or Site Manager in clinical research
• Job Profile: You will oversee the management and day-to-day execution of assigned clinical studies and trials, ensure the integrity of trials by monitoring data and documentation both onsite and remotely, and work closely with the Project Manager and Chief-CPM

For Senior Project Associate (Rs. 42,000/month + HRA):

• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc. / M.Tech degree or a 2-year PG Diploma in Clinical Research, Clinical Research Management, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a related field from a recognized university
• Experience: At least four years of experience in clinical trial site coordination, site management, and trial monitoring
• Job Profile: You will support the execution and management of clinical trials across all stages, maintain regulatory and trial documentation, and coordinate communication and logistics between study teams and stakeholders

For both posts, you should have strong written and oral English communication skills, computer literacy in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of Indian Clinical Trials Regulations, ICH guidelines, and CDSCO Good Clinical Practice. Leadership qualities, the ability to build effective project teams, and good problem-solving skills will also help you in this role.

As a member of the CDSA team, you'll be part of India's only public centre dedicated to supporting cost-effective, high-quality, not-for-profit clinical product development. The role calls for someone who can build trust with study teams, prioritise workload under pressure, and stay flexible as project needs change — along with negotiation and influencing skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across a clinical trial.

Age Limit

• For Quality Manager, you should be up to 35 years old.
• For Senior Project Associate, you should be up to 40 years old.

Salary

• Quality Manager: Rs. 56,000 per month plus HRA (House Rent Allowance)
• Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42,000 per month plus HRA
• These are project-linked positions, so your tenure will be tied to the funding period of the respective research project.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Both posts are filled directly through a walk-in interview — you don't need to prepare for any written test:

1. Document Verification: Bring your original educational certificates, experience letters, and photo ID for verification at the venue.
2. Walk-in Interview: A selection panel will assess your qualifications, experience, and suitability for the project role.

Since there is no written test, your interview performance and relevant work experience will be the deciding factors, so come prepared to discuss your past clinical research projects in detail.
