Post-wise Duties

Office Assistant

In an Office Assistant role, you will keep branch records, support routine correspondence, update working files and help the relevant team with day-to-day coordination. The exact subject area follows the branch, from audit and finance to IT, research, events and skill development.

Senior Executive

As a Senior Executive, you will plan branch assignments, review work prepared by junior staff and coordinate with tourism partners, vendors or internal officers. Your focus may be commercial operations, events, IT, legal matters, research, niche tourism, partnerships or skills programmes.

Executive

The Executive roles handle practical delivery in commercial, finance, IT, legal, marketing and partnership branches. You will prepare records, follow up on branch tasks and turn management instructions into trackable work.

English Stenographer Grade I

The English Stenographer Grade I will take dictation, prepare accurate transcripts and support confidential administrative communication. Clear shorthand, careful handwriting and reliable file handling are central to the role.

Consultant

The HR and Administration Consultant will help the branch organise people-related processes, business administration and office coordination. You may also prepare management notes and support decisions with clear records.

Project Engineer
