Solapur Collector Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra Recruitment 2026: Overview

Collector and District Magistrate Office, Solapur, through the District Setu Committee and Revenue Branch, is allotting Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendras at notified vacant locations across Solapur district. These centres help residents reach online government and citizen services near their own village, town or city ward. The opportunity is an authorisation to operate a service centre, not a salaried government post, so you will run the approved centre and its facilities yourself. The allotment is tied to the exact local area named in the district list.

The drive covers both urban and rural service areas, including municipal zones, nagar panchayat areas and gram panchayats. You must choose a notified location that falls within your own local residential area. The district office has issued a separate prescribed form, self-declaration and annexures for this process, and only that official set is accepted.

Service Conditions and Caveats

  • Local-area condition: You may apply only for a vacant centre within the geographical area where you live. An application for another village, town, ward or municipal zone can be rejected.
  • Existing service background: The notice expects applicants to be connected with a Common Service Centre, banking correspondent point or another citizen-facility centre. However, a person who already holds or operates an approved Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra must not seek another allotment.
  • Centre readiness: You need a suitable operating place with the prescribed computer, printer, scanner, biometric device, power backup and broadband connection. A circle officer must inspect the proposed space and sign the infrastructure report.
  • Financial readiness: You must show enough capacity to establish and run the centre through the specified bank solvency, bank guarantee or competent-authority certificate.
  • Public-service restriction: Serving employees of government, semi-government bodies, public undertakings and corporations cannot take part in this allotment.
  • Character and conduct: A criminal background involving financial fraud, cybercrime, blacklisting or similar misconduct can disqualify you. False, altered or inconsistent records can also lead to rejection and legal action.
  • Final authority: The District Collector and Chairperson of the District Setu Committee may accept or reject an application, cancel the process, or revise the number of vacant centres. The committee's allotment decision is final.
