OUAT Guest Faculty Agribusiness Management Recruitment 2026: Overview
Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) is engaging Guest Faculty in Agribusiness Management at its Centre for Post Graduate Studies in Bhubaneswar. This is a guest teaching assignment for the academic session, with a walk-in arrangement at the department. Service Conditions and Caveats
- Academic session: The engagement is for 2026-27. OUAT may end it before the academic year finishes, so the stated session does not guarantee work throughout that period.
- Regular employment: Working as guest faculty does not give you a claim to a regular appointment at OUAT. The notice treats this as a separate teaching engagement.
- Leaving the assignment: If you wish to leave, you need to give one month of advance notice before being released from the assignment.
- Panel validity: The panel remains valid for one year. The university may change the number of positions according to its needs and approval from the competent authority.
- University discretion: OUAT may cancel the interview process without giving a reason. Keep this condition in mind before making arrangements to attend.
- Travel: You must meet your own travel and daily expenses for attending the interview; the university does not pay TA or DA.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Minimum second-class bachelor's degree in Agriculture and allied sciences and second-class master's degree in the concerned subject; at least 55% marks or equivalent OGPA in each.
Preferred Qualification
NET, M.Phil. or Ph.D. in the concerned subject. Research publications in peer-reviewed journals receive weightage.

Up to 64 years (as on 31 Aug 2026)
