IIT ISM Project Associate I SANCHARI Recruitment 2026: Overview
Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad is hiring a Project Associate-I for SANCHARI in the Computer Science and Engineering department. Responsibilities
- Set up and configure hardware for SANCHARI network experiments.
- Test TSN-enabled switches and check their functions.
- Develop embedded code for the project hardware.
- Improve embedded code performance.
- Integrate hardware with software and debug faults.
- Evaluate network performance and validate TSN functions.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./M.S./MCA/M.Sc. with GATE in CS, DA, EC or EE, or NET in Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science or Mathematical Sciences. The essential qualification requires GATE/NET. A separate fellowship rate for applicants...
Preferred Qualification
Knowledge of TSN protocols, real-time networking, network scheduling and performance optimisation is preferred. Familiarity with algorithm design, mathematical optimisation and AI/ML-based optimisation for TSN networks is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Desirable: embedded systems; hardware setup, configuration, testing and debugging using Raspberry Pi, Arduino, sensors, Ethernet and TSN-enabled switches; embedded C/C++ programming, firmware development and code optimisation.
