Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) is recruiting Data Entry Operators for deployment at Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (NHMCH), Defence Colony, New Delhi. This is an outsourced contractual engagement arranged through ICSIL for the hospital. The notice also allows deployment elsewhere in Delhi according to departmental needs, so you should consider that flexibility when deciding whether the assignment suits you.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract duration: Deployment is for a fixed period, until the contract expires or until regular staff join the posts. The engagement does not give you a claim to a regular appointment. Your appointment letter will govern the contractual obligations.
• Deployment uncertainty: ICSIL does not promise placement to everyone who is shortlisted. Attending the walk-in also does not assure an offer, and the department's final decision determines whether you are considered for deployment.
• Work location and shifts: Although this notice names NHMCH, the deployment terms permit work anywhere in Delhi. You may need to work shifts or on a rotation according to the department's requirements. ICSIL will not pay extra conveyance for these arrangements.
• Security deduction: ICSIL will retain an amount equal to fifteen days of salary as security, collecting half in the first month and half in the second. Refund, with the applicable savings-bank interest, depends on a no-dues certificate from the client department and completion of your contractual obligations.
• Travel costs: You will not receive travelling or daily allowance for attending the interaction or related checks. Arrange your own travel to the hospital and allow enough time to reach the stated venue.
• Conduct: Attempts to influence the recruitment through officials, intermediaries or personal connections can lead to disqualification. Professional behaviour is expected throughout, and misconduct or indiscipline may also end your participation.
• Information accuracy: False or misleading information can lead to rejection whenever it is discovered. Incomplete applications are also liable to rejection, and the interview panel's decision is final.
• Administrative discretion: ICSIL may accept or reject applications without giving reasons and may withdraw the advertisement without notice. Watch its official website for any amendment affecting this recruitment.
