Service Conditions and Caveats

• Engagement type: Nine posts (CFO, AVP-Finance, AVP-Civil, DVP-Secretarial, DVP/AVP-HR, DGM-IT, DGM/DVP-Pharma Retail, Manager-Legal and Sr Manager/DGM-L&D) are permanent; the remaining seven (both Vice President posts, AGM-Consumer Goods, AGM-Allied Healthcare, AGM-Lifepath, AGM-Mental Health and Sr Operations Manager-Mental Health) are on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
• Age limit: Varies significantly by post — check the specific post's requirement before applying; relaxation applies for extra experience and as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.
• CPSU candidates: Applicants from Central PSUs must be holding an equivalent pay-scale post for at least two years — see each post's requirement.
