Posts and Disciplines

Post-wise Duties

Nurse

You will observe the children, maintain basic health notes, give nursing care within your scope and flag concerns for timely medical attention. You will also coordinate with the doctor or health facility when a referral is needed.

Part-time Doctor

You will examine children referred by the agency, advise the care team and guide follow-up treatment as the child-health specialist. The engagement is referral-based, so visits follow the agency's clinical needs.

Ayah

You will help children with meals, washing, clothing, rest and safe play while giving them consistent day-to-day care. You will report illness, injury or behavioural concerns to the responsible staff member.

Chowkidar

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial engagement: every selected worker starts with a one-year probation period; satisfactory work may lead to an extension for the period approved by the government.
• Scheme-linked tenure: the engagement lasts only up to the scheme period or the service-end point stated in the notification, whichever comes first, and may end earlier on health, discipline or unsatisfactory-service grounds.
• No regular-service claim: honorarium workers are not treated as government servants and cannot claim government-service benefits or regularization through this engagement.
• Document authenticity: the unit may check certificates with the issuing authority; false records can lead to cancellation, recovery of paid amounts and legal action.
• Tie in merit: when candidates have equal marks, the older candidate receives preference.
