Who Can Apply?

For Project Nurse-III (Recruitment and Follow-up) - 7 Posts:

• Qualification: You need a Diploma in General Nursing or Midwifery with registration under the State/Indian Nursing Council.
• Preferred: A B.Sc. Nursing degree with experience in labour room, maternity ward, neonatal care, or clinical research is an advantage.

For Project Technical Support-III - 1 Post:

• Qualification: You need a three-year graduate degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing) or Allied Health Sciences with 3 years of post-qualification experience in clinical research, multicentric research projects, neonatal/pediatric care, or public health research; OR a postgraduate degree in any of these disciplines.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for all three posts is 35 years.

Salary

• All three posts carry a consolidated salary of Rs. 33,600 per month (Rs. 28,000 + 20% HRA).
• The salary is a consolidated sum — no other allowances or benefits are given for these project posts.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Screening/Scrutiny Test (if required): May be conducted if a large number of applications are received, to shortlist candidates before the interview.
2. Document Verification: Your original certificates for age, qualification and experience will be checked on the day of the walk-in.
3. Walk-In Interview: Held at AIIMS Jodhpur. No TA/DA will be paid for attending.

• Supervise the work of nursing officers and coordinate with collaborating study centres
• Maintain project records, inventory, and study documentation
• Work rotational shifts including night duty in the labour room/maternity ward as required
• Communicate regularly with families to ensure timely completion of assessments
