Yadgiri District Court Process Server & Peon Recruitment 2026 — 14 Posts

The Principal District and Sessions Court, Yadgiri has released Notification No. 01/2026 and 02/2026 dated 09.03.2026 for filling up 9 Process Server and 5 Peon vacancies through direct recruitment. These posts are under the Local Cadre (371-J) reservation, meaning only candidates from the Hyderabad-Karnataka region are eligible. Selection will be based on SSLC marks and interview — there is no written exam.

Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• You must have passed SSLC (10th class) from a recognized board
• You must be able to read and write Kannada

For Process Server Only

• You need a valid driving licence

Domicile Requirement

• Only candidates from Hyderabad-Karnataka region (371-J area) can apply
• You must hold a valid 371-J certificate issued by the competent authority

Age Limit

Your age is calculated as on 29 January 2026:

• General category: 18 to 35 years (with 5 years relaxation, i.e., up to 40 years as per notification)
• Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B (OBC): 18 to 38 years (+5 years relaxation)
• SC/ST/Category-1: 18 to 40 years (+5 years relaxation)

Note: The 5-year relaxation mentioned above is a one-time measure as per Government Order dated 29.01.2026.

Salary

• Process Server: Rs. 31,775 – Rs. 61,300 per month (plus allowances as per Karnataka government rules)
• Peon: Rs. 27,000 – Rs. 46,675 per month (plus allowances as per Karnataka government rules)

Selected candidates will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as applicable to Karnataka state government employees.

• Category 2A/2B/3A/3B (OBC): Rs. 100
• SC/ST/Category-1/PwD: Rs. 100

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on SSLC marks: Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:25 ratio based on their 10th class marks. For example, for each vacancy, up to 25 candidates with the highest SSLC marks will be called for interview.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend an interview where they will be assessed on general knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the post.
3. Document Verification: Selected candidates must produce all original certificates and documents for verification.

Important: There is no written exam for these posts. Your SSLC percentage is the key factor for shortlisting.
