Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth (VNMKV), through its Agricultural Research Station at Badnapur (District Jalna, Maharashtra), has released a notification for 5 contract posts under the ICAR-sanctioned project "Hybrid Project on Pigeonpea under CRP on Hybrid Technology" for the year 2026-27. There is no written exam — selection is purely through a walk-in interview. The project aims to develop CGMS-based Pigeonpea hybrids for higher yield in Maharashtra.

Salary

• Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 per month + HRA (Fixed)
• Skilled Helper: Rs. 10,000 per month (Fixed)

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on a single stage:

1. Walk-in Interview: Conducted on 5 June 2026 at 11:00 AM in the chamber of the Officer Incharge, Agricultural Research Station, Badnapur.
2. Document Verification: Scrutiny of original documents will be done at 9:00 AM on the same day — before the interview.
