UMED Jalgaon Block Anchor & CRP Recruitment 2026

UMED - Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission is hiring 16 candidates for IFC Block Anchor and Senior Community Resource Person (Senior CRP) posts in the Dharangaon, Muktainagar, Pachora and Parola talukas of Jalgaon district, Maharashtra. If you have a graduate degree in Agriculture or an allied field, or you already work as a Community Resource Person (Krishi Sakhi, Pashu Sakhi and similar) within the Self Help Group network, you can apply. The last date to apply is 2 September 2026. The monthly honorarium ranges from around Rs. 11,500 to Rs. 20,000 depending on the post.

UMED - Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM) IFC Block Anchor and Senior CRP Recruitment 2026 - 16 Posts

The Zilla Parishad Jalgaon unit of UMED - Maharashtra State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MSRLM) has released a notification for 16 posts under the Integrated Farming Cluster (IFC) programme across four talukas: Dharangaon, Muktainagar, Pachora and Parola. Of these, 4 posts are for IFC Block Anchor and 12 posts are for Senior Community Resource Person (Senior CRP), engaged under the NRLM and MKSP-IFC livelihood projects. This is a contractual, honorarium-based engagement meant for candidates already active in agriculture, animal husbandry, or SHG-based livelihood work in rural Jalgaon.

Vacancy Breakdown by Post

• IFC Block Anchor: 4 posts (1 each in Dharangaon, Muktainagar, Pachora and Parola talukas)
• Senior Community Resource Person (Senior CRP): 12 posts (3 each in Dharangaon, Muktainagar, Pachora and Parola talukas)

Who Can Apply?

For IFC Block Anchor:

• Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field — B.Sc. Agriculture, B.Sc. Horticulture, B.Tech Agriculture, B.Sc. Fishery Science, B.Sc. Forestry, Bachelor of Veterinary Science, B.Sc. Animal Husbandry, or Business Administration.
• Experience: If you hold the required degree, you need at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

For Senior Community Resource Person (Senior CRP):

• Eligibility: You must already be working in the field as a livelihood Sakhi — Krishi Sakhi, Pashu Sakhi, Udyog Sakhi, Van Sakhi or similar — under the Self Help Group network.
• Income: Your annual income should be at least Rs. 75,000.
• Other requirements: Good communication skills, willingness to work across 3-5 villages, and readiness to attend residential training.

Age Limit

• You should not be more than 43 years old for both the IFC Block Anchor and Senior CRP posts.

Salary

• IFC Block Anchor: Monthly honorarium up to Rs. 20,000, which includes a fixed travel allowance of Rs. 2,000.
• Senior CRP: Monthly honorarium of Rs. 10,000 under NRLM, plus an additional Rs. 1,500 under the MKSP-IFC project — around Rs. 11,500 in total.

Selection Process

Selection for these posts happens in two stages:

1. Written Exam: A multiple-choice test set at an Agriculture Diploma difficulty level, covering Mathematics and Agriculture & allied subjects.
2. Oral Interview: Worth 10 marks, conducted after the written exam for shortlisted candidates.

• Conduct regular field visits to review progress and resolve issues
• Organise residential training sessions and awareness camps for beneficiaries
