BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is recruiting a Project Manager (Monitoring) for its Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA) in Faridabad. The appointment supports a clinical study of an Ayurveda regimen alongside anti-tuberculosis treatment and macronutrient supplementation. The study examines body weight, nutritional outcomes and quality of life in adults newly diagnosed with drug-sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis.

The project uses an open-label, randomized, parallel-arm design. It studies the Ayurveda regimen as an addition to standard anti-tuberculosis treatment, rather than as a replacement for that treatment.

CDSA supports affordable healthcare-product development and public clinical research. It works with public institutions and small and medium enterprises, providing support from study planning through analysis and reporting, alongside training and regulatory-science activities.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project appointment: This is a short-term role linked to the study. An extension depends on your performance and the project's remaining tenure. The appointment does not give you a right to regular employment at THSTI.
• Travel commitment: You must be ready for extensive travel to clinical sites across India. Some trips may be arranged at short notice, and a site visit may need an extended stay, so the role is not limited to working at the Faridabad campus.
• Working relationships: The role connects clinical sites with the central study, regulatory, data-management and project-management teams. Its focus is dependable study oversight, participant protection and research records that can stand up to an inspection.
• Recruitment changes: THSTI can adjust the advertised opening to reflect its actual needs. Its own rules and Government of India guidance apply where the notice does not address a particular issue.
• Communication: Results and recruitment notices will appear on the THSTI website, while individual communication will use email. Keep track of both channels so you do not miss an update about your candidature.
