Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), Hyderabad — under the Ministry of Home Affairs — has invited nominations for filling one (01) post of Assistant Manager cum Store Keeper on deputation basis. The post is in General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, at Pay Level-4 in the Pay Matrix. SVPNPA Assistant Manager cum Store Keeper Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), the premier training academy of the Indian Police Service in Hyderabad, has issued circular No. 15011/01/2021-Estt/SFN/Deptn/A4-P1/177 dated 5 March 2026 for filling one Assistant Manager cum Store Keeper post by promotion failing which by deputation. The post is responsible for the smooth functioning of the SVPNPA canteen — including procurement, stock management, accounting and catering to delegates and VIPs.

Eligibility — Deputation

• Officials of Central Government, State Governments, Central / State PSUs and other organisations holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
• Clerks with 8 years of regular service in pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900 – Rs. 63,200) of the Pay Matrix.

Important Notes

• The period of deputation, including any preceding deputation in another ex-cadre post, shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
• The upper age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

• Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Salary

• Pay: Level-4 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100 per month as per 7th CPC).
• DA, HRA and other allowances as admissible under Central Government orders from time to time.
• Training Allowance: Not applicable for this post.

Selection Process

1. Screening of Nominations: Bio-data and supporting documents are screened against the prescribed eligibility criteria.
2. Interaction / Interview by the competent authority for shortlisted candidates.
3. Document Verification including ACR dossier, vigilance clearance, integrity certificate and major/minor penalty statement for the last 10 years.

How to Apply

1. Download Annexure-II — Bio-Data / Curriculum Vitae Proforma from the SVPNPA website at www.svpnpa.gov.in (under the ‘Vacancies’ tab).
2. Fill the bio-data in the prescribed proforma with full employment details.
3. Get the bio-data duly attested and countersigned by the competent authority (Employer / Cadre Controlling Authority) in your parent organisation.
4. Enclose Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the preceding 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25), Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance and the Major/Minor Penalty Statement for the last 10 years.

• Ensure smooth and proper functioning of the SVPNPA canteen at Hyderabad
• Procure and receive all raw materials required for the canteen as per indents
• Supervise the work of subordinate canteen staff and ensure uninterrupted operations
• Maintain accurate entries in Cash Book, Ledger Stock Register, Dead Stock Register and prepare Annual Account and Balance Sheet
• Keep accurate ground-balance records of stocks and account for any loss or damage of government property
• Ensure quality catering to delegates, VIPs, VVIPs and foreign guests as per protocol
• Handle any other additional duties entrusted by the competent authority from time to time
