Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation Limited (SRFDCL), a special purpose vehicle of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation set up to implement the Sabarmati Riverfront Project, has released a notification for 1 Deputy General Manager (Marketing) post. This is a contract appointment for 3 years, extendable based on the company's requirement and your performance. If you have strong experience in land monetization, real estate sales, and marketing strategy, and want to work on one of Ahmedabad's most visible urban development projects, this role is worth applying for.

The Sabarmati Riverfront Project is one of Ahmedabad's flagship urban redevelopment initiatives, and SRFDCL manages the commercial and land monetization side of this large public asset. As the Deputy General Manager (Marketing), you will be responsible for revenue generation, land sale and lease activities, and driving new business opportunities for the corporation.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need an MBA in Marketing along with a graduate degree in any stream from a UGC/AICTE approved university.
• Experience: You need at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (excluding training period) in real estate sales, with comprehensive knowledge of land monetization, the real estate market, and related corporate laws.
• Skills: You should be able to drive sales targets, build marketing strategies, generate leads through channel partners, and handle the sale or lease of industrial, commercial, and large land parcels.
• Note: Candidates from the private sector can also apply. Those currently working in government organizations, PSUs, or semi-government bodies must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

Key Skills You Should Have

• Strong understanding of land monetization, industrial/commercial land sale and lease, and plotted development
• Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and demand assessment for land
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local vernacular language
• Comfort working with numerical data along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with a computerized work environment and relevant computer applications

Age Limit

• Your age should not be more than 40 years as on the last date of application, 10 August 2026.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 1,00,000 per month, subject to statutory deductions.
