Gujarat Ports Infrastructure & Development Company Limited (GPIDCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB), has invited applications for a Whole-Time Company Secretary position at its office in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. This is a Key Managerial Position responsible for the company's statutory compliance, corporate governance, and secretarial work — including compliance work for other companies under the Gujarat Maritime Board group. Recruitment for this post is being managed through the Gujarat Maritime Cluster (GMC) portal on behalf of GPIDCL. Preference will be given to candidates with prior exposure to legal matters, infrastructure projects, and government-related entities.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates with additional qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience: You need at least 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary, preferably with exposure to legal, infrastructure, or government-related work.

Age Limit

• Your age should not exceed 35 years as on 31 July 2026.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month, based on your experience and qualification.
• This is a contractual role for an initial period of 3 years, renewable based on your performance and the company's requirement.

Selection Process
