Society for Entrepreneurship Development (SOFED), Tripura is hiring 57 outsourced contract staff for different Tripura government departments, agencies, and PSU-linked projects. SOFED Multi-Post Recruitment 2026 - 57 Posts
SOFED has released Recruitment Notification No. 03/2026-27 dated 30 April 2026 for contract-based outsourced posts across Tripura. - Assistant Field Accountant: Minimum Commerce Graduate with MS Office and English typing skills desirable.
For Accounts, Project, and Management Posts
- Accountants: Bachelor degree, preferably B.Com, with Tally ERP Accounting certificate and 1 to 2 years post-qualification experience depending on level.
- Project Assistant: PG in Statistics, MCA, CS, or IT with at least 3 years relevant experience in data handling, fund flow, project implementation, and MIS.
- Assistant Block Coordinator: PG degree in Management, Rural Development, Social Science, or Social Work, with MS Office, internet, English, Bengali, or Kokborok communication skills.
- Biodiversity and Institutional Development Experts: Advanced degree or graduate/MBA/PG backgrounds with 10 to 12 years professional experience, including similar role experience.
- Finance Officer: CA, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, or PG Diploma in Finance/Accounts with finance management and audit experience.
For Rehabilitation, Health, and Climate Posts
- Rehabilitation posts: BOT, P&O diploma/certificate, BASLP, DHLS, mobility diploma, PGDCBR/DCBR/CBID/MRW, DVR/ADCGC/B.R.Sc, special education, BPO, or related qualifications as listed post-wise.
- Neurologist: DM or DRNB Neurology with 1 year relevant professional experience.
- Project Associate: Master degree in Climate Science and Policy, Forestry, Botany, Agriculture Science, or Environmental Science; PhD and NET/SET-type qualifications are desirable.
- Field Assistant: Bachelor degree in Forestry, Botany, Agricultural Science, or Environmental Science.
Age Limit

Salary
- Lowest monthly contract pay: Rs. 12,000 for Multi-Tasking Staff.
- Common rehabilitation roles: Rs. 14,500 to Rs. 20,500 per month.
- Accounts and project support posts: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month.
- Biodiversity Expert and Institutional Development Expert: Rs. 75,000 per month.
- Neurologist: Rs. 1,50,000 per month.
- Project Associate and Field Assistant: Rs. 31,000 plus 8% HRA and Rs. 20,000 plus 8% HRA respectively for the first year.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Post-wise qualification ranges from Class 5/Class 8 pass to diploma, graduate, PG, professional rehabilitation, finance, climate, forest, IT, and DM/DRNB Neurology qualifications. Permanent residence in Tripura is required.
Preferred Qualification
Post-wise experience in hospitality, computer operations, accounting, project/MIS work, rehabilitation, natural resource management, climate science, finance, or health services as mentioned in the notification.

Pay Scale
