• Knowledge of Marathi and MS Office is essential

Consultant - Finance (Salary up to Rs. 65,000/month):

• Post Graduate degree (M.Com/MBA-Finance/CA Inter)
• At least 5 years of experience, with in-depth knowledge of government accounting and financial management; Tally software knowledge is essential
• Retired Government Officers (Class II and above) and Bank Officers with relevant experience can also attend — the age limit does not apply to them.

Project Coordinator - Livelihood (Salary up to Rs. 65,000/month):

• PG Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Rural Management, Agri-Business Management, or MBA-Marketing; OR a PG/Graduate degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Forestry, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Management, or Natural Resource Management
• At least 5 years of experience in rural livelihoods promotion; corporate production/marketing/supply-chain experience preferred

Project Coordinator - Branch Office (Salary up to Rs. 65,000/month):

• PG Degree/Diploma in Rural Development, Rural Management, or Agri-Business Management; OR a PG degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Management, or Natural Resource Management
• At least 5 years of experience in Rural Development, Poverty Alleviation, Livelihoods Promotion, or Value Chain Development, preferably in tribal-dominated areas

Project Coordinator - Information & Technology (Salary up to Rs. 65,000/month):

• PG/Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or Management (BE/B.Tech/BCA/BCS/MCA/MBA-IT); OR a graduate degree with a PG Diploma/Certification in IT/Web/Digital Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)
• At least 2 years of experience in IT project coordination, web portal management, or digital project management

Project Coordinator - Tourism (Salary up to Rs. 65,000/month):

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Rural Development, Public Policy, or Architecture/Planning
• 3 years of experience in sustainable tourism, community-based eco-tourism, rural homestays, or government/CSR-funded programmes

Consultant - Livestock & Dairy Expert (Salary up to Rs. 75,000/month):

• PG Diploma in Livestock/Dairy Development, Goatery, or Poultry Management; OR a PG/Graduate degree in Veterinary Science or Dairy Management
• At least 5 years of experience in Rural Development, Livelihoods Promotion through Livestock Business Development, or Value Chain Development in tribal-prone areas

Knowledge of Marathi and MS Office is essential for all 7 posts.

Age Limit

• You should be not more than 50 years old for all posts.
• Exception: Retired Government Officers (Class II and above) and Bank Officers with relevant experience applying for the Consultant-Finance post are not subject to this age limit.

Salary

• Consultant-IT, Consultant-Finance, Project Coordinator-Livelihood, Project Coordinator-Branch Office, Project Coordinator-IT, and Project Coordinator-Tourism: Maximum up to Rs. 65,000 per month.
• Consultant - Livestock & Dairy Expert: Maximum up to Rs. 75,000 per month.
• These are consolidated remuneration figures paid on a contract basis for the 11-month engagement period.

Selection Process
