Rajasthan High Court (RHC) Legal Researcher Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Rajasthan High Court has released an abridged advertisement inviting online applications for 1 Legal Researcher post to be attached with Hon'ble Dr. Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati under the Scheme for Engaging Legal Researcher. The engagement is for one year, extendable up to 4 more years or till the retirement of the concerned judge, whichever is earlier. This is a good opportunity for a fresh law graduate to gain hands-on judicial research experience.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must be a fresh Law Graduate (LLB) or Postgraduate in Law (LLM) from a University/College/Institution established by law in India.
• Skills: You need basic knowledge of computers.
• Nationality: You must be a citizen of India.
• Note: You must not be a practicing advocate or engaged elsewhere on an honorarium/payment basis, and you should not have any pending or convicted criminal case.

Age Limit

• You should not be above 33 years of age as on 1 January 2026.

Salary

• The selected candidate will get a fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000 per month.
• No dearness allowance or other allowances are paid separately on top of this amount.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Applications are shortlisted based on your academic record and extra-curricular achievements.
2. Interview: Hon'ble Dr. Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati interviews shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability.
3. Document Verification: You must bring all original documents at the time of the interview.
