RailTel Manager Cadre Recruitment 2026: Overview
RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL), a Navratna enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, is recruiting railway Signal and Telecommunication executives on deputation. The assignment is in the Bhubaneswar territory of its Eastern Region.

Responsibilities
- Plan railway-linked projects in the assigned territory
- Coordinate project work with railway organisations
- Execute optical-fibre cable and signalling works
- Maintain projects and associated network works
- Supervise headquarters maintenance teams
- Coordinate responses to optical-fibre failures and diversions
