Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Full-Time Engineering Graduate, OR
• Graduate with Full-Time MBA / PGDIM / Postgraduate in Science, Commerce, or Business Administration with minimum 60% marks (CGPA 6 and above on a scale of 10) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution, OR
• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant with minimum 50% marks

Experience

• Minimum 25 years of post-qualification work experience as on 02 April 2026
• Must have completed at least 2 years of service in a position not lower than the 1st level below the Board in your current organization as on 02.04.2026

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 55 years as on 02 April 2026
• Age relaxation for PSU and internal candidates: The criteria at Point No. 5(c) is relaxed to 2 levels below the Board, and the 2-year service requirement does not apply to candidates at 1 level below the Board

Salary

• Attractive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience
• As a Miniratna Category-I CPSE, PLL follows IDA pay scales with additional allowances including HRA, DA, medical, and other perks as per company rules
