One Stop Centre Attur Case Worker and Security Guard Recruitment 2026

The Salem District administration has invited applications for the One Stop Centre (OSC) at Attur, part of the nationwide Sakhi – One Stop Centre scheme run by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. This centre supports women facing domestic violence, sexual violence, and other forms of abuse with legal aid, medical help, counselling, police assistance, IT support, and temporary shelter — all under one roof. The centre needs a Case Worker to counsel and support women in distress, and a female Security Guard to maintain round-the-clock security. Only women candidates who are residents of Salem district can apply for both posts, and the centre operates on a 24x7 shift basis.

Who Can Apply?

For Case Worker (Rs. 18,800/month):

• You need a degree in BSW, MSW, or Counselling Psychology, or a diploma / postgraduate diploma in Social Work.
• You should have at least 2 years of prior experience working with women and children in a government or private organization.
• Only women residents of Salem district can apply for this post.

For Security Guard (Rs. 12,000/month):

• You need to have passed 10th standard or 12th standard (pass or fail is accepted).
• You should have at least 2 years of prior security experience in a government or private organization.
• This post is reserved for women candidates who are residents of Salem district.

Age Limit

• Case Worker: You should be between 23 and 40 years old.
• Security Guard: You should be between 21 and 40 years old.

Salary

• Case Worker: Consolidated pay of Rs. 18,800 per month.
• Security Guard: Consolidated pay of Rs. 12,000 per month.
• Both posts are on a contract basis with fixed monthly pay — no separate allowances are mentioned in the notification.
