Selection Process

The selection will be done through an All India online selection test followed by further checks.

1. Online Selection Test: The test has two parts: Subject Knowledge Test and Executive Aptitude Test.
2. Separate Qualification: You must qualify separately in both test parts.
3. Shortlisting: NTPC will shortlist candidates category-wise based on merit and vacancies.
4. Document Verification / Further Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification or the next selection stage.
5. Medical Examination: Before joining, candidates must pass the medical examination by the NTPC Medical Board/Officer.
