BRIC-National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (BRIC-NIAB), an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, has released a notification for 1 Project Technical Support - III post under an ICMR-funded project titled "Mitigating Infertility and Transgenerational Impact of Orchitis through Adipose Tissue-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Therapy", led by Dr. Sandeep Goel. There is no written exam for this post — selection is through screening and interview only. Candidates with a life sciences or biotechnology background who want hands-on research experience in animal cell culture and molecular biology should apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Option 1: A three-year graduate degree in Biological Sciences/Biotechnology with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Option 2: A postgraduate degree in Biological Sciences/Biotechnology (no separate experience required).
• Option 3: A four-year graduate degree in Engineering (Biotechnology).
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in animal cell culture, molecular biology, histology, immunocytochemistry and animal experiments will be preferred.
• Documents: Only a Provisional Degree Certificate or Convocation Degree Certificate will be accepted as proof of your educational qualification.
• Note: Original documents for date of birth, educational qualification and experience must be submitted at the time of joining.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for this post is 35 years.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a fellowship of Rs. 28,000 per month.
• You will also get HRA (House Rent Allowance), if applicable.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be done in these stages:

1. Screening of Applications: Based on your qualification and experience.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email and interviewed by a duly constituted selection committee.
