National Health Mission Mizoram has released Advertisement No. 2 of 2026 for different posts under its health services. The recruitment covers specialist, doctor, dental, audiology, nursing, health worker and driver roles at Civil Hospital Aizawl, DRTB Centre Falkawn, district hospitals and other health units. This is a contract recruitment, and candidates need to submit the application form at the NHM Office, Dinthar, Aizawl.

Who Can Apply?

Medical and Specialist Posts

• Specialist (ENT): MBBS from a recognised university in India with Post Graduate / Diploma Degree or equivalent in ENT. Permanent registration with Mizoram State Medical Council is required.
• Medical Officer: MBBS from a recognised university in India with permanent registration from Mizoram State Medical Council.
• Dental Surgeon: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a Dental College recognised by DCI.

Paramedical, Nursing and Driver Posts

• Audiologist: Bachelor's Degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) or B.Sc. in Speech and Hearing from an RCI recognised institute.
• Staff / Palliative Care Nurse: GNM or above from a government recognised institution. Palliative Care course is preferred.
• Staff Nurse: GNM or above from a government recognised institution. Local residents are preferred.
• Health Worker: ANM from a recognised government institution. Local residents are preferred.
• Driver: Class VIII or above from a recognised institution with a valid LMV licence. Local residents are preferred.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 35 years
• Age relaxation, if any, will be as per NHM Mizoram rules.

Salary

• Specialist (ENT): Rs. 70,000 per month
• Medical Officer: Rs. 50,000 per month
• Dental Surgeon: Rs. 40,000 per month
• Audiologist: Rs. 30,000 per month
• Staff / Palliative Care Nurse: Rs. 19,845 per month
• Staff Nurse: Rs. 19,845 per month
• Health Worker: Rs. 14,460 per month
• Driver: Rs. 9,000 per month

Application Fee

• Submit the application form with a fee of Rs. 100.
• The notification asks candidates to submit the form and fee at the RCH Section, NHM Office, Dinthar, Aizawl.

Selection Process

NHM Mizoram will inform candidates about the test or interview schedule later. Selection may include the following stages:

1. Written Test: The notification says written test details will be announced later.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted or eligible candidates may be called for interview.
3. Document Verification: Qualification, registration, licence and other original documents will be checked.

5. Pay the application fee of Rs. 100 while submitting the form.
6. Submit everything before 22 May 2026, 4:00 PM. Late forms may not be accepted.

• Support NHM Mizoram health services at the assigned hospital, CHC, district hospital, sub-centre or field location
• Provide clinical, nursing, dental, audiology, public health or driving support as per the selected post
• Maintain patient records, service reports and programme documentation as required by NHM
• Follow instructions from the district and state health authorities
• Attend written test, interview and document verification when called by NHM Mizoram
