• Privacy & Compliance Officer: 7-9 years in information security, data privacy compliance or cybersecurity governance.
• Research & Analytics Specialist: 5-7 years in policy research, data analytics, knowledge management or programme evaluation.

High-Value Skills

• Digital governance: Experience with Digital India, DPI platforms, API Setu, DigiLocker, UMANG, India Stack, AI Kosh or government e-governance projects.
• Privacy and security: Knowledge of DPDP Act 2023, IT Act 2000, CERT-In requirements, audit trails, anonymisation and access control.
• Policy and coordination: Ability to work with ministries, states, committees, legal frameworks and large stakeholder groups.
• Technical delivery: API design, data architecture, cloud, platform onboarding, interoperability and data standards experience is useful for technical roles.

Contract Conditions
