Post-wise Duties

SOC Analyst

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: The initial engagement lasts two years. Further extensions are reviewed a year at a time, with a maximum overall tenure of five years.
• Regular employment: This contract gives you no claim to a permanent NABARD position. Specialists follow the bank's conduct rules for contract staff.
• Ending the contract: The normal notice period is one month for either side. If you do not serve your notice, you must pay the equivalent amount for the unserved period. NABARD also reserves wider termination rights under the notice.
• Working arrangements: Security operations can involve rotational shifts or extended hours. Supervision roles include travel across India for audits.
• Leave: Leave is subject to administrative approval, and unused leave cannot carry forward into the next year. The notice also limits continuous absence and leave during notice periods.
• Recruitment changes: NABARD may change or cancel the drive according to its needs. Any amendments will appear on the bank's website.
