Pay Level-12 is one of the better-paying technical cadres in Madhya Pradesh's state PSUs, roughly comparable to a mid-level Assistant Engineer or Executive Engineer grade in other state departments, which makes this a financially rewarding option for engineering graduates.

Selection Process

MPRDC will select candidates in a single stage:

1. Merit List based on GATE Score: Your rank will be decided purely by your valid GATE-2024/2025/2026 score — there is no written exam or personal interview for this recruitment.
